Rome as a major capital is expensive. You get what you pay for, so for the money this clean friendly hotel is good as its just a1 minute walk to the train/bus/metro station. which makes it an ideal base to see the sites. premier inn and travel lodge will make the hotel look a little dowdy so be warned, but please remember you get what you pay for!!!! make sure you book a room with ensuite if you want 1.

The location near Termini station offered great convenience for exploring. Unfortunately, we had to surrender our room keys at the front desk every time we left.

My queen room was outstanding and had basic facilities needed. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the centre of Rome at reasonable price, where buses come, and the Colosseum and the ancient ruins of ancient Rome. It was next door to Huaweiju Restaurant, where you can have lunch.

A quick and honest take
Great location near Termini. The room wassuper clean and cozy with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was a bonus, and I appreciated the early check-in at 7 am, rare. Just be cautious as the area can feel a bit sketchy at night.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was basic but provided everything I could want and was very clean. I had a balcony which gave wonderful views of the rooftops of Rome and of the sunrises and sunsets. I had read some reviews before staying here and found the negative ones did not reflect my experience.
I hadn't realised this hotel occupied the 5th and 6th floors only. The lift went up to the fifth floor but not the 6th.

Close to Termini station. Convenient location to get to places, many shops and fastfoods around.
The building facility is old. Bathroom had very old furniture. The included breakfast consists of only coffee and croissant.

The location is good, cause it is just near the Roma Termini central station.
The entrance of the hotel, which is confusing and not good in the evening.

Everything was as advertized, with clean rooms, predictable service, and safe environment. And did I mention that the location was just super!

proximity to Roma Termini, decent bathroom, good price for location
Air conditioning system poorly functioning in hot weather!!! Key handover procedure feels insecure!!! Rooms lack proper safety features for valuables!!! Noise from the front desk and street is bothersome!!!

The hotel was brilliant! We were a little apprehensive after Reading a few bad reviews on the site, but were more than pleasently surprised when we arrived. The hotel staff were welcoming, their English wasn't perfect but it added to the charm and authenticity of being in Italy. Our rooms both had air conditioning at our disposal and balconies with views o the moutains (depending on which side your room is). My room had a terrace as well which we used most nights to relax on due to the hot weather. In conclusion, the hotel is fabulous for the younger crowd who are looking for a hotel on a budget and want a hotel in a brilliant location. We walked absolutely everywhere and saw things we may not have ha we stayed completely central Rome!
Could benefit from an actual left luggage room as opposed to a corridor, though we had no problems what so ever.
